Sharon Yvonne Stone (born March 10 1959) was born in Meadville Pennsylvania to Dorothy Lawson an accountant and Joseph William Stone Jr., a tool and Die maker who previously been employed as a worker in the manufacturing firm. Michael, Kelly, Patrick and Dorothy Lawson are her 3 siblings. Stone was in second grade at five years old. Stone was said to be gifted in the academic area. Saegertown Senior High School in Saegertown Pennsylvania was the place where she earned her diploma in 1975. She was also a contestant for the Miss Pennsylvania beauty pageant, and was crowned Miss Crawford County. Stone and her aunt relocated from New Jersey to New Jersey to begin a modeling career in 1977. The two signed on with the Ford Modeling Agency after a couple of months. After spending a year between Milan and Paris the model moved to Europe. In the end, Stone became disillusioned with the modeling scene in Europe and decided to take up acting while living there. She appeared at 20 in Woody Allen's "Stardust Memories" a film that received mixed receptions.
